Welcome to Pousada Araxá.
“Araxá”, in the indigenous language, means “the place where it is always possible to enjoy the sun”. The pousada is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Jericoacoara, at the foot of the famous Sunset Dunes, just 50 metres from the beach and the main street.
The pousada has 16 rooms, nine of which feature private terraces with uninterrupted views from sunrise to sunset — a particularly special sight in Jericoacoara, where the sun appears to set into the sea.
Five of these terraces also include a private jacuzzi, offering even greater comfort and exclusivity.
The rooms provide comfort and tranquillity in a welcoming atmosphere, with a delicious breakfast included.
The pousada also offers a swimming pool, privileged views, exclusive suites, a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, room service and a 24-hour reception.
